Call to Worship
  • Count your many blessings.
  • Call on the name of Jesus.
  • There is healing in the name of Jesus.
Understanding the Debt
  • There is a debt over your life that you cannot pay back.
  • We have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory.
  • Sin is what placed us in debt.
  • Every mistake and failure adds to that debt.
  • This is not a natural debt, it is a spiritual condition.
  • Good works cannot cancel sin.
The Reality of Our Condition
  • There comes a moment when you realize you owe God everything but do not have the power to repay Him.
  • It is not about finances, it is about your soul.
  • You owe God all that you have.
The Price Was Paid
  • When you could not pay, God paid it for you.
  • Jesus died on the cross for your sins and mine.
  • The price was not silver or gold, it was His blood.
  • God paid a debt He did not owe.
  • Nothing but His blood can wash away sin.
Your Life Belongs to God

  • Glorify God because you owe Him everything.
  • Your past, your present, and your future all belong to Him.
You Can’t Pay Him Back
  • You do not have enough time, strength, or money to repay God.
  • Everything you have was given to you by Him.
  • Instead, take up the cup of salvation and call on His name.
What God Wants From You
  • God does not want your possessions, He wants your heart.
  • He wants your mind, not just material things.
  • He wants your worship, not your bank account.
  • He wants your lifestyle to reflect Him.
Living as a Temple
  • Your body is a temple, and the Holy Spirit dwells within it.
  • The Holy Spirit will not dwell in an unclean place.
  • If you want God to dwell in you, there are things you must clean up.
  • Change your lifestyle and make room for Him.
Responding to God
  • Spend more time with God and give Him what He deserves.
  • God showed up for you when no one else did.
  • He made a way when there seemed to be no way.
  • He kept you when you could not keep yourself.
  • If it had not been for the Lord, you would not be here.
A Call to Reflect
  • Can you praise Him in every area of your life?
  • Can you praise Him even when everything feels like it is falling apart?
  • What is your praise?
Praise Him Anyway
  • Call on the name of Jesus.
  • When you think about the goodness of God, give Him praise.
  • Some things you have not even experienced yet have already been paid for.
  • God has already made a way for you.
Closing Encouragement
